The Instagram account @plc.prelovedcloset (“Account”) belongs to PLC – Pre Loved Closet (ABN: 21992827207) ("We/Us").

By purchasing, selling or consigning products with Us directly or through the Account and any online trading between Us and the user ("You/Your") you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and may be revised by Us at any time.

This Agreement is not subject to any terms or conditions proposed by You unless those terms or conditions are expressly accepted by Us in writing.

You agree that you will use the Account in accordance with these terms and conditions and that You will not use the Account for any unlawful purpose.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from purchasing via the Account. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of this business.


We endeavour to ensure all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the Account are accurate. However, We acknowledge that errors may occur from time to time. We reserve the right to not fill any Order that is placed for a listing that is subject to errors or inaccuracies.

Australian Consumer Law (incorporating the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar State and Territory legislation) confers certain rights and guarantees on You for the provision by Us of goods and services. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. We do not exclude these rights. We do exclude to the full extent of the law any other conditions and warranties implied by law, custom or statute.

Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, the Website. Whilst we do our best to ensure the authenticity of all products posted to our Account, we will not be held liable to you for any damage or loss suffered as a result of your purchase of a product from our account.


By emailing buy@theprelovedcloset.com.au  You are making an offer to purchase the Product at the price set out in the Account (“Offer”). Your Offer must contain your name, email address & details of the product you intend to purchase.

All Offers made via email are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Us and once confirmed this will be deemed an ‘Order’. You may not cancel your Offer once payment has been transmitted.

We reserve the right to rescind our acceptance of any Offer made by You or cancel your Order- and refund any payment made by You - for any reason, including availability.

Payment must be made within 1 hour once we accept your Offer in accordance with our confirmation email.

Payment must be made via bank transfer in accordance with the confirmation email.

All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account is held in a different currency, you can still place and order - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank for details.

Therefore, We are not able to take responsibility if there is a discrepancy in the final amount charged to You.

We reserve the right to make changes to prices at our discretion.  We endeavour to keep the information on the Account up to date however it may contain errors and inaccuracies and may not be current at time of viewing.


We will endeavour to dispatch all online orders within 3 Business Days of Order being confirmed by Us, unless otherwise noted.

Delivery times may vary, and expected delivery times are estimates. We will not be liable to You for any loss or damage You suffer if the Order is not delivered within the estimated timeframes.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods purchased passes to you upon dispatch of the Order.

Local Shipping Procedure

We use Australia Post and Flash Couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post and Flash Couriers tracking number.

For standard shipping of items please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping of items please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. Shipping costs vary in prices & are to our discretion due to the variety of sizes and prices of items.

We do not accept returns of any items unless in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do our best to give accurate information in regard to clothing items posted on Our Account in accordance with the below condition standards criteria.

We do not take responsibility for sizing issues. E.g. if you believe that the item is not true to size, we will NOT refund you for this. This is something that is out of our control as we cannot manage every brand and their different sizing. It is your responsibility to research the brands sizing. We do offer a re-sell service, but a commission is applied.

Condition Standards

Pre-loved Condition – moderate wear.

Good Condition – light to moderate signs of wear.

Very Good Condition – minimal signs of wear

Excellent Condition – perfect but without tags

Pristine Condition – with tags


We do not provide warranties of any kind on any of the products or on any information provided on the Account. You acknowledge that products purchased from our Account may require special maintenance. We will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by You to maintain the products properly.

Please note that the colours of a product may vary slightly from those displayed by Your computer monitor.


By accessing the Account, You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from all Claims arising from or in connection with Your use of the Account.


This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales, Australia in any dispute or any matter in any way related to, or connected with, this agreement or any transaction contemplated by this agreement.
